I Believe The Children are Our Future was
founded by Monique Hardnett, who has been a foster parent for over 4 years.

Monique was also raised in foster care and saw firsthand the things missed due to a lack of funding.

Her mission has always been to open her own group home as a way of paying forward and providing those things that she wished she had as a foster child.

Ms. Hardnett is a servant leader and is very passion about youth in foster care since foster care
placement has always been her only home. She is overjoyed to continue this journey with the
next generation of foster kids by providing and giving back to her adopted family circle.
 

She brings years of experiences from herself been a foster mom and from living the life of a
foster child, teenager, and youth adult.

She is a mother of 3 beautiful children and lives in the
neighborhood that her group home is located with her family.
